1. Who we are

FinixNorth ("FinixNorth", "we", "us", "our") is an investment firm providing capital and ongoing partnership to small businesses and innovative companies. References to "you" mean the person using this site or applying on behalf of a business.

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• submit applications on behalf of a business you are not authorised to represent;

• use automated means to submit forms, scrape content or place unreasonable load on the site;
• use the site in any way that breaches applicable law.

3. Applications create no obligation

Submitting an application does not create any agreement between us and does not guarantee funding, an offer of funding, or any particular outcome. We may decline any application at our discretion, and we are not obliged to give reasons.

No funding relationship exists until both parties sign a written agreement setting out the specific terms. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of finance.

4. Information you provide

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate, complete and not misleading, that you are authorised to provide it, and that you will tell us promptly if it changes materially while your application is under consideration.

We may verify the information you provide, including by contacting third parties, credit reference agencies or public registries, where permitted by law. Providing false information may result in an application being declined or an existing arrangement being terminated.

5. Funding terms

Where we do provide funding, the amount, structure, repayment or return terms, fees, security and all other commercial terms are those set out in the signed written agreement for that specific arrangement. Those terms take precedence over anything described on this site.

Descriptions of funding ranges, structures or timescales on this site are indicative only and may change.

6. No financial or investment advice

Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not personalised investment, financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances or objectives. You should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions affecting your business.

7. Features described as "coming soon"

Some features on this site are identified as planned or in development. They are described for information only, are not currently available, and may change or not be released. Nothing about them forms part of any agreement.

8. Intellectual property

The FinixNorth name, logo, site content, design and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print content for your own reference in connection with a genuine funding enquiry. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

9. Third-party links and services

This site may link to, or rely on, third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FinixNorth is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
